Rivet Automation is aggregating downtime events from robotic welding cells to refine predictive maintenance models. Each submission should include PLC logs, maintenance annotations, and sensor snapshots for the affected shift.
Quality Criteria
Requirements for submission approval
- Logs must cover at least 6 continuous hours
- Include root-cause label agreed by maintenance lead
- Provide synchronized sensor exports (vibration, temperature)

What you need before contributing
- Upload PLC logs in CSV or JSON
- Attach photo of affected station when possible
- Sign confidentiality agreement before first upload
