A banking assistant that knows the fees

We test your assistant against your fee schedule and product conditions, with answer keys reviewed by banking and compliance specialists.

What does it cost to withdraw cash in the US with my card?

Knowledge gap

The fee schedule only covers the eurozone, so it guessed. That needs to be written down.

Can I cancel an instant transfer I sent an hour ago?

Correct

Matches the payment services terms.

Should I move my savings into your investment fund?

Out of scope

That's personal investment advice. It should refer them to a licensed adviser.

In banking, a made-up fee or limit is a complaint waiting to happen, and a loss of trust that lasts. We check every answer against your fee schedule and product conditions.

We test the assistants customers use in the app and on the phone, and the ones your branch and contact-centre staff rely on.

  • Triage of documents and complaints

Where banking assistants go wrong

Every question comes with its correct answer and the fee schedule or contract clause it comes from. When the assistant fails, we tell you which of five ways it failed.

Five ways an AI gets it wrong

Is there a charge for paying in dollars with my debit card?

Your AI says

No, card payments abroad are always free.

Correct answer, from your documents

Fee schedule · cards

Card payments in currencies other than the euro carry a 3% exchange fee.

Frequently asked questions

Which banking AI systems do you evaluate?

Customer assistants in the app and online banking, contact-centre voice agents, internal assistants for branch staff, and systems that triage documents and complaints. We focus on fees, limits, transfers, rates and product conditions, and on what the assistant must not answer.

How do you handle the line between information and financial advice?

Every test includes questions that ask for personal advice, such as where to put savings or which product to choose. The correct answer is a referral to an adviser, and we score it as critical if the assistant gives the advice itself.

Does this help with the EU AI Act?

It gives you evidence, not a certificate. Credit scoring and creditworthiness assessment of individuals are high-risk under Annex III of the AI Act, with obligations applying from 2 December 2027. Customer assistants are usually not high-risk, but they still have to answer correctly. We provide scores, failures and a run history. We don't carry out conformity assessments.

Do you need access to our systems or customer data?

Not to start. The free diagnostic uses only your public assistant and public information, with made-up customer profiles. For internal systems we work under an NDA and a data processing agreement on EU infrastructure, or you run the questions yourself.

How long does it take and what does it cost to start?

The diagnostic is free: 40 questions, results within 48 hours. A pilot evaluation, with 150 to 300 questions reviewed by our specialists, takes about two weeks and is quoted on scope, at a fixed price agreed before we start.
