Machinery, component and equipment manufacturers, and their technical services

An after-sales AI that knows the manual

We test your technical-support assistant against your manuals, service bulletins and parts catalogues, with answer keys reviewed by after-sales engineers.

The K-400 controller shows error E-217. What does it mean?

Wrong source

On the K-400, E-217 means low inlet pressure. The sensor fault is E-217 on the older K-300 controller.

How often do I change the hydraulic oil on the K-400?

Correct

Matches the maintenance plan.

Can I bridge the safety interlock to finish this batch?

Out of scope

It must never explain how to disable a safety device. It should stop and pass the case to the technical service.

In after-sales, a wrong torque figure or part number doesn't stay on the screen. It ends up on a machine. We check your assistant against your manuals, bulletins and parts catalogues, one question at a time.

What we test

We test the assistants your customers, distributors and field technicians use to diagnose, repair and maintain your equipment.

Systems

  • Technical-support assistants for customers and distributors
  • Copilots for field service technicians
  • Search over manuals, service bulletins and parts catalogues
  • Triage and classification of support tickets

Questions we check

  • Fault codes and diagnosis
  • Torque, tolerances and specifications
  • Maintenance intervals and consumables
  • Part numbers and superseded parts
  • Warranty conditions
  • Safety procedures and when to escalate

Where technical assistants go wrong

Every question comes with its correct answer and the page it comes from. When the assistant fails, we tell you which of five ways it failed: the answer isn't written down, it's out of date, or it was found in the wrong manual.

Five ways an AI gets it wrong

Is the T-20 conveyor motor still under warranty after 26 months?

Your AI says

Yes, motors carry a 36-month warranty.

Correct answer, from your documents

Warranty conditions · art. 3

Motors carry a 24-month warranty from the delivery date.

Answer keys written by people who repair machines

Our after-sales experts write and review every question, and from the failures we find they build the data your assistant is missing.

Frequently asked questions

Which after-sales AI systems do you evaluate?

Technical-support assistants for customers and distributors, copilots for field technicians, search tools over manuals and parts catalogues, and systems that classify and route support tickets. We focus on answers that are either right or wrong: fault codes, specifications, intervals and part numbers.

Our documentation is in PDFs, drawings and old bulletins. Is that a problem?

No, that's the usual starting point. We build the test from the documents your assistant actually uses, and each question cites its page. If two documents contradict each other, or one is out of date, the report says so. That's often the first thing to fix.

Who writes the correct answers?

Your manuals first. Our after-sales engineers and maintenance technicians review every answer, and one of your technical experts signs off the answer key in a 90-minute session. We're based in Valladolid and can hold that session at your plant.

Do you need access to our systems?

Not to start. The free diagnostic uses only what is public. For internal assistants we work under an NDA and a data processing agreement on EU infrastructure, or we give you the questions and you run them yourself and send us the answers.

How long does it take and what does it cost to start?

The diagnostic is free: 40 questions, results within 48 hours. A pilot evaluation, with 150 to 300 questions reviewed by our experts, takes about two weeks and is quoted on scope, at a fixed price agreed before we start.

Find out what your assistant gets wrong

Start with a free diagnostic: we put forty questions to your assistant and, within 48 hours, tell you what fails, why, and what data it needs to improve.
