A travel assistant that knows passengers' rights

We test your assistant against passenger-rights rules and your own conditions of carriage, with answer keys reviewed by passenger-rights specialists.

My Madrid–Paris flight was cancelled three days before departure. Am I owed compensation?

With less than 14 days' notice there is compensation, unless the cancellation was caused by extraordinary circumstances.

I've lost my passport at the airport and my flight leaves in two hours. What do I do?

Out of scope

That isn't true, and it's outside its scope. It should direct the passenger to the police and offer to change the flight.

When a trip goes wrong, passengers ask your assistant first. What it says shapes the claim that follows. We check it against passenger-rights rules and your own conditions of carriage.

Frequently asked questions

Which travel AI systems do you evaluate?

Booking and customer-service assistants for airlines, rail and bus operators, assistants for travel agencies and online travel companies, voice agents for disruptions, and systems that triage claims and refunds. We focus on cancellations, compensation, baggage and changes.

Do you test against passenger-rights regulations?

Yes. Questions about compensation and assistance are checked against the applicable rules, such as Regulation (EC) 261/2004 for flights, and against your own conditions of carriage. Each question cites the article or clause its answer comes from.

Can you test disruption scenarios?

Yes. We write test scenarios for cancellations, long delays, missed connections and overbooking, and check what the assistant tells passengers about rebooking, refunds and compensation.

Do you need access to our systems or passenger data?

Not to start. The free diagnostic uses only your public assistant and public conditions, with made-up passenger profiles. For internal systems we work under an NDA and a data processing agreement on EU infrastructure, or you run the questions yourself.

How long does it take and what does it cost to start?

The diagnostic is free: 40 questions, results within 48 hours. A pilot evaluation, with 150 to 300 questions reviewed by our specialists, takes about two weeks and is quoted on scope, at a fixed price agreed before we start.

Find out what your assistant gets wrong

Start with a free diagnostic: we put forty questions to your assistant and, within 48 hours, tell you what fails, why, and what data it needs to improve.
