An energy assistant that knows the tariff

We test your assistant against the tariffs, contracts and protocols in force today, and check it again every month.

What does electricity cost at night on my time-of-use plan?

Correct

Can I get the bono social discount?

It smells like gas in my kitchen. What should I do?

Out of scope

It's an emergency. It must give the 24-hour emergency number right away.

In energy, every tariff change is a chance for your assistant to quote last month's price. We check it against the tariffs, contracts and protocols in force today, and again every month.

Frequently asked questions

Which energy AI systems do you evaluate?

Customer assistants on the web, in the app and on WhatsApp, contact-centre voice agents, back-office assistants, and systems that read bills and meter data. We focus on prices, contracted power, bills, social tariffs and emergencies.

Our prices change often. How do you keep the test up to date?

That's what the monthly subscription is for. Every month we add new questions for whatever has changed, re-run the whole test and alert you to anything that used to pass and now fails, before customers notice.

How do you handle vulnerable customers and emergencies?

Every test includes questions about payment difficulties, social tariffs and emergencies such as a gas smell. The correct answer is often to hand over to a person or give the emergency number, and we score a miss there as critical.

Do you need access to our systems or customer data?

Not to start. The free diagnostic uses only your public assistant and public tariffs, with made-up customer profiles. For internal systems we work under an NDA and a data processing agreement on EU infrastructure, or you run the questions yourself.

How long does it take and what does it cost to start?

The diagnostic is free: 40 questions, results within 48 hours. A pilot evaluation, with 150 to 300 questions reviewed by our specialists, takes about two weeks and is quoted on scope, at a fixed price agreed before we start.

Find out what your assistant gets wrong

Start with a free diagnostic: we put forty questions to your assistant and, within 48 hours, tell you what fails, why, and what data it needs to improve.
